Woven on a peg loom this circular rug has been created using natural-coloured fleece from Orkney’s native rare breed seaweed-eating North Ronaldsay sheep, Angora goats’ fleece from the neighbouring island of Sanday  along with knitted Shetland wool patterened strips and woven strips of Zwartble sheeps’ wool from Orkney.
