Made with Stronsay goats’ milk & Orkney Bere this soap is creamy and soothing. I just love using bere in my soaps. Bere is a primitive, simple form of barley, and was common in Britain from Neolithic to Viking times. Today it has been replaced nearly everywhere by modern varieties but is still grown in Orkney. Every year I receive my bag of bran from the only water-powered working Barony Mill in Orkney, all freshly milled for my soaps. The Mill is open to visitors and well worth a visit. INGREDIENTS: INGREDIENTS: Sodium cocoate, Sodium sunflowerate, Sodium palmate, Caprae lac, Aqua, Glycerin, Pogostemon patchouli, Citrus aurantium dulcis, Parfum, Hordeum vulgare, Tocopheryl, 77288. To get the very best from your soap always allow it to drain and dry out between uses.
